I keep it in the kitchen and do some everyday just to get some reps in and 2 days a week a load it up! I only have 16.5kg and it has been great. Great wood quality and handles. I just cant say enough. Just wish i found if before.. if it wasn’t for the shipment to Norway 100 dollars, i would order the long mace as well, but the “torque” is the best of all. U can do alot more with it than a mace and even take it with u to the gym! Totally worth it!!! I love this!
