Hey guys, Dan here from Dangerously Fit! In this week’s video, I’m combining a heavy club with a pair of light Indian clubs for a killer workout. The heavy club brings the strength and conditioning, while the lighter clubs focus on mobility and muscle endurance. Together, they’re a great combo for building shoulder stability, grip strength, and core power.
Workout Instructions
Here’s how it works:
- You’ve got 4 rounds, and each one lasts 4 minutes.
- There are 4 exercises per round.
- Do each move for 50 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- After finishing a round, take a 60-second breather before diving into the next.
- The whole workout clocks in at 20 minutes.
