Instructions:
This workout consists of three rounds of EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) with a 2-minute rest between each round. Begin each round at the start of the minute and aim to finish each round swiftly to maximize rest time before the next round (each round should ideally last between 35-45 seconds).
Round 1: 6-minute EMOM (ensure rep-ranges)
- Perform 5 reps of Double Swings
- Execute 4 reps of Alternating Shield Casts on each side
- Complete 3 reps of Double Thrusters
Rest for 2 minutes
Round 2: 5-minute EMOM (ensure rep-ranges)
- Perform 5 reps of Double Order Squats
- Execute 4 reps of Double Alternating 180’s
- Complete 3 reps of Rotational Torch Presses on each side
Rest for 2 minutes
Round 3: 4-minute EMOM (ensure rep-ranges)
- Perform 5 reps of Double Swipes
- Execute 4 reps of Double Dead Cleans
- Complete 2 reps of Side Lunges & Arm Casts on each side
