The objective of this adjustable mace workout is to complete the following exercises within 20 minutes, following the specified sequence.

  • 60 reps: Switch 360
  • 40 reps: Switch squat
  • 20 reps: 360 Rotational Uppercut
  • 10 reps: Bondi swing
